ORA-01031: insufficient privileges

ぬぬー、ORACLEユーザのパスワードを設定してORACLEにsu

$ su - oracle
$ . ./app/oracle/product/10.2.0/server/bin/oracle_env.sh
$ sqlplus / as sysdba

SQL*Plus: Release 10.2.0.1.0 - Production on 日 8月 14 17:50:50 2011

Copyright (c) 1982, 2005, Oracle.  All rights reserved.



Oracle Database 10g Express Edition Release 10.2.0.1.0 - Production
に接続されました。
SQL> ALTER USER sys IDENTIFIED BY "new_password" ;
SQL> ALTER USER system IDENTIFIED BY "new_password" ;

として、apexからログインできるようになりました。
どうしたらええのかしらな。
